David Meneely, President As a 10 year veteran to the AV industry Dave started his career in the AV department at the University of New Hampshire, where he was repsonsible for campus-wide audio and video systems. From there Dave moved to AdTech Systems in Massachusetts where he held positions in a variety of roles, including Field Technician, Lead Technician, Project Management and System Design, and finally moving into the start-up of AdTech's residential division, the Home Entertainment Expo. Dave left AdTech to join Office Environments of New England (OENE) where he held leadership roles in sales and operations. Dave left OENE to co-found PRO-AV in the spring of 2005.

Matt Leccacorvi, Operations and Finance Matt started his career with a 6 year stint in the United States Navy as a radio and electronics specialist. After the Navy Matt relocated to Florida where he served as a Field Service Engineer for Nuclear Imaging and Radio Oncology equipment, providing installation and support services. When Matt returned to New England he landed as a Field Service Engineer and Project Management for a Laboratory Controls company where he routinely worked on $100M-$500M laboratory installation and automation projects. Matt then joined Office Environments of New England (OENE) where he took on a role as a lead installer and project manager, and ultimately left OENE to co-found PRO-AV with Mr. Meneely.
